Sandhams Fitness Class

This is a low-impact dance class increases flexibility, mobility, and range of movement. Incorporate controlled breathing with targeted stretching exercises for all parts of your body. 

Enjoy the relaxing and inspiring music.

A great way to improve mindfulness to calm your mind and forget the stresses of the day. Finish the class feeling relaxed and refreshed. 

  • Please bring a towel or mat to the class.
