.Michael is a Fellow and Examiner of the IDTA   and has trained many successful  candidates for professional exams.

Having grown up in the business Michael had a successful amateur and professional competitive career with his wife Marie and are former finalists in the World and European Professional 10-dance Championships.When they retired from competing they joined Michael's mother in the family dance business .Michael and his wife Marie have travelled d the world teaching dance and still lecture and teach around the world .Michael has recently visited  Japan,Korea,Holland,Cyprus and Greece examining and lecturing for the International Dance Teachers Association of which he is a Director.

I specialise in giving private lessons for dance teachers,dance students and professional dancers who wish to gain qualifications in dance.

The International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) is a leading dance teaching and examination board based in Brighton ,England. Operating internationally, the IDTA is one of the largest dance teaching organisations in the world and currently has over 7,000 members in 55 countries. The IDTA is a validated dance awarding body of the Council for Dance Education and Training, and is also affiliated to the British Dance Council, the Central Council of Physical Recreation and the Theatre Dance Council International. The IDTA also works in partnership with the Royal Academy of Dance. It publishes their magazine for members Dance International six times a year.
