Children’s Tuition
We have a great range of classes for children at Sandham’s.All our classes are taught to International Dance Teachers Association standards.Fun and enjoyment is our primary aim whilst still making the classes challenging. Our dance programmes develop basic motor skills and build confidence and social skills.With the reduction in sport at school, dance has an important role to play in children’s fitness.

Each class commences with a dance warm-
The Little Groovers’ class is a great general dance class for 4–6 year olds. We mix fun party dances with the development of basic dance skills in Latin American, Street Dance, Freestyle Disco and Rock ‘n Roll.
Little Groovers can take examinations with the International Dance Teachers Association and gain a Rosette Award. Children love to collect the range of colours and add them to their Bannerette.

Join our Boy’s only Street Dance class.Learn all the latest moves to the latest music.The class will build up confidence, give an opportunity to meet new friends and allow you have loads of fun whilst learning and developing the dance skills needed to be a great Street dancer.
A mix of Street Dance, Video Dance moves and Freestyle Disco. An ideal class for kids who want to increase their dance vocabulary whilst dancing to the latest chart music. It is great fun as well as enhancing creativity; pupils dance cutting edge choreography as seen on all current music videos.
